1. Eligibility for Refund

• Deficiency in Service/Product: Refunds will only be considered if there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from https://thetaxcompliance.com.

• Change of Mind: If a customer requests a refund solely because they no longer want the service, the refund will not be considered as there is no fault or defect in the service provided by https://thetaxcompliance.com.

• Completed Work: Refund requests will not be entertained after the work has been shared with you in the event of a change of mind. However, you may use the amount paid for an alternative service of equal value in the tax compliance field. The amount can be applied in part or whole towards the new service.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

• Refund requests must be raised within 30 (thirty) days of the purchase of a service or product. If a refund request is made after this period and the work has been completed and communicated to you via email or any other form of communication, the request will be deemed invalid and will not be considered.

3. Refund Process

• If a refund request is approved by The Tax Compliance Company, we will process the refund and notify you via email. The refund process may take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to complete and will be credited to your bank account accordingly.

• We will handle the refund process with care to ensure that the money spent by you is returned at the earliest possible time.
